SHOT BY SHOT Watch Asian Tour golfer Daniel Fox go low at Kwinana Golf Club

The gap between a touring pro and a good club golfer is wide, as Daniel Fox shows us as he gets around Kwinana Golf Club.

Growing up on a mediocre, suburban golf course, I often wondered how the best golfers would go on the same track. Would they too have as much trouble with the narrow tee shot on the 4th? Would they also struggle to putt on the awkward 6th green and would they also go out-of-bounds on the 13th every time as I did?

The occasional pro-am would often answer those questions, usually with a “no”. And here Daniel Fox tears up Kwinana Golf Club, about 40 minutes south of Perth and puts on a display that should answer all of those sorts of questions. These guys are good. All of them.

It looks like a tight, tricky golf course that would challenge the club golfer. But Fox’s skills and thought processes are fascinating to watch as he makes going low look easy.
