GOLF TIP VIDEO / Keep your lower body quiet on the backswing
Here is a golf tip to avoid “Elvis legs” and to keep the lower body quiet during the backswing.
Several years ago I had the fortune of playing nine holes with Jason Norris and after seeing I had trouble “going after” tee shots, he explained that my lower body needed to be quiet on the backswing. Then and only then can you “go after” the tee shot. It was a golf tip I didn’t quite understand at the time but it’s one of my ‘go-to’ thoughts with my driver now.
The tip was similar to this one from Alison Whitaker and Golfing World that we were originally alerted to via iseekgolf.com last week.
