Players have begun arriving at Metropolitan Golf club ahead of this week’s BetEasy Australian Masters, but in Geoff Ogilvy’s case he’s been spending a bit of time with family in the lead up to the event.

It’s that time of the year again. The three big Australian golf tournament are set to tee off again, beginning this week with the BetEasy Australian Masters at the Metropolitan Golf Club.

Adam Scott has defended his title by winning a drama filled Australian Masters by two-strokes at Royal Melbourne. 

Adam Scott took a four-shot lead into the final round of the 2013 Talisker Australian Masters and most assumed the US Masters champion would stroll to an easy victory.

Nathan Holman is playing only his fifth golf tournament as a professional and he will be paired with Masters champion Adam Scott for tomorrow’s third round as joint leader of the 2013 Australian Masters.

The 22-year-old rookie from Woodlands Golf Club in Melbourne is familiar with the Royal Melbourne layout and produced the equal best score of the day.
