Martin Kaymer skims ball across water for hole-in-one: video
Martin Kaymer skips the ball across the pond and aces the 16th at Augusta National.
Skipping the ball across the pond at the 16th at Augusta National is a bit of a tradition during practice rounds leading into the US Masters and yesterday Martin Kaymer was only too happy to give it a go too.
The crowd were chanting “skip it! skip it!” and Kaymer not only skipped the ball across the pond but up onto the green and into the hole.
A few years ago, Vijay Singh managed an almost identical shot in 2009 you can see in the video below.
