Rory McIlroy pops the cork too early at Ryder Cup: video

There were lots of great moments from the 2014 Ryder Cup, but this may be the funniest.

While waiting beside the 15th green for Jamie Donaldson to complete the 2014 Ryder Cup victory for the Europeans, Rory McIlroy’s champagne bottle unintentionally uncorked itself.

McIlroy spares the green from the resulting overflow and Graeme McDowell’s reaction is priceless.
