Remembering The 2015 Open Championship: video highlights
With The 2016 Open just days away, here is a quick reminder of how the 2015 Open went down; Zach Johnson beat Marc Leishman and Louis Oosthuizen in a four-hole playoff after a rain interrupted tournament saw a Monday finish.
Jason Day’s hopes were dashed a couple of days earlier when he dropped shots in horrible conditions before play was called off, eventually missing out on a playoff by one stroke. Marc Leishman was desperately unlucky on the first hole of the playoff. His drive found a fairway divot from which he couldn’t get at the pin, resulting in a double-bogey and all but effectively ruining his chances of raising The Claret Jug.
