Aussie Digger Lawson snags hole-in-one and a $250k BMW
Australian golfer Deyen “Digger” Lawson hasn’t waited long to make an impact on the European Tour, holing an ace during the final round of the Alfred Dunhill Championship.
Digger Lawson’s fabulous hole-in-one at the par-3 17th hole at Leopard Creek CC in South Africa came just after an eagle at the previous hole. The hole-in-one not only came the the roar of the crowd but a pretty sweet BMW 8 Series worth around $250,000.
Lawson, who completed his traineeship at Curlewis Golf Club in Victoria finished in a tie for 47th place, 14-strokes behind the winner, American David Lipsky.
