Watch Adam Scott make one crazy birdie at Rocket Mortgage Classic

Adam Scott opened with a 3-under 69 at the PGA Tour’s Rocket Mortgage Classic, which included one wild birdie.

After a slow start to his opening round at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, Australia’s Adam Scott began one crazy stretch of golf that included this wild birdie.

After finding the fairway at the par-5 14th hole at the Detroit Golf Club, Scott sprayed a driver off the deck into the grandstands to the right of the green. His lob wedge recovery from the generous drop-zone found the bunker. But from there, it was in all the way. Birdie.

The crazy birdie was just one of a number of wild shots for Scott. Scott had holed out for eagle only hours earlier at the par-5 7th hole.
