2023 Australian Golf Media Awards winners: see the full list
The winners of the 2023 Australian Golf Media Association Awards were announced on Saturday evening at the annual AGMA Awards dinner.
Announced by former AGMA President Martin Blake, Golf Australia Magazine writers scooped a stack of the 2023 Australian Golf Media Associations Awards. Mark Hayes took home three trophies for his features on Peter Fowler, Annika Rathbone, and a critique of the PGA Tour.
Matt Cleary won the award for best Long Form Story for his feature article about the LIV Golf tour, and Ross Flannigan won the award for Best Visual Presentation for 2023 for his inspiring video about Empower Golf.
Golf NSW’s David Tease won the award for best golf photograph for his incredible snap of the huge waves crashing behind the NSW Interstate Series golfers at St.Michael’s Golf Club in Sydney.
Australian Golf journalist Bruce Young was honoured for his career achievements in golf media by being awarded the prestigious Peter Thomson Quill.
Rod Morri took home the award for best Aurural Presentation for his interview with Briony Lyle and was also awarded the Tom Ramsey Memorial Award for Excellence in 2023.

AGMA members are asked to nominate and then vote for a fellow AGMA member who they believe has displayed a high degree of excellence in the reporting and/or presentation of Australian golf in 2023.
