A cold front bringing strong winds brought down three large pines trees near the 17th tee at Augusta National on Friday bringing a halt to the second round of The Masters.
One large tree fall caught on camera spooked the commentators and everyone in the vicinity.
The Masters released a statement soon after letting everyone know that play had officially been suspended and no one had been injured.
The Masters hasn’t had a Monday finish since 1983 but with more bad weather on the way, it’s looking likely we will have another one this year.
It might be worth thinking about taking Tuesday morning off.
