In the middle of a golf lesson yesterday I was shown a video of Adam Scott’s golf swing in ultra slow motion. It was a little depressing as it’s as close to the perfect golf swing is you’ll ever see – and mine is far from it.

However, it was shown to highlight Scott’s shoulder turn on his backswing – check out where the logo on the back of his shirt gets to without his swing ever getting past horizontal.

It is a swing of beauty and I thought we all need a dose of it today. Watch and learn.
