Marcel Siem gets luckiest bounce of the year to win a car: video
From the department of ‘lucky bounces’ comes this crazy shot from Marcel Siem.
A new season of the European Tour has begun (wait, didn’t it just finish?) with the Nedbank Golf Challenge tournament in Sun city South Africa, and Marcel Siem has already won a car.
Germany’s Marcel Siem played an 8-iron into the par-4 17th hole at the Gary Player Country Club and got one of the luckiest bounces of the year. His ball bounced once, and then took a wicked second bounce off the edge of the green that saw it head towards the hole and eventually roll in for eagle.
Siem pulled out a classic fist pump for the feat and was awarded with a Volvo V40 T5. Nice!
