Karrie Webb aiming for ninth Australian Ladies Masters title: video
Karrie Webb arrives at Royal Pines this week attempting to win her ninth Australian Ladies Masters title.
Currently Webb sits along side Sam Snead and Tiger Woods who have also won a single tournament eight times, but if she wins this week she will join fellow Australian golfing great Peter Thomson who won the New Zealand Open a record nine times.
Webb’s frank assessment of where her game is at right now is refreshing. She sets down her goals for the coming year and recounts the shock she felt when she missed the cut at last year’s British Open.
Watch it – and watch her this weekend. She is arguably Australia’s best ever golfer.
The 2014 Volvik RACV Ladies Masters tees of tomorrow (February 6) at Royal Pines on the Gold Coast.
