Jesper Parnevik breaks rib in Segway fall: video
As one of the more eccentric professional golfers, Jesper Parnevik finds an eccentric way to injure himself.
Jesper Parnevik was supposed to play in this week’s PGA Tour John Deere Classic but withdrew because of this little incident. Parnevik fell and broke a rib while playing around on a segway.
It was captured on video and Parnevik posted it to his Instagram account. Ouch!
Brandt Snedeker withdrew from the Australian Open last year after also falling from a Segway – still waiting for him to apologise to Aussie golf fans on that one.
Let’s just ban all professional golfers from riding Segway’s from now on.
