Bump-and-run hole-in-one from the Champions Tour: video
There was a very cool hole-in-one on the Champions Tour on the weekend that is worth a look.
The Champion Tour’s Mark Weibe nailed this hole-in-one during round 1 at the Greater Hickory Classic on the weekend. Contrary to what you may think, the ace wasn’t made with an old hickory golf club but it was the sort of bump and run hole-in-one hickory golfers would probably have been more familiar with.
For the record, Australian Peter Senior finished in a tie for fourth place; his 10th Top-10 finish in 21 starts this year that has earned himself just over a $1million. Senior is still yet to grab his first Champions Tour victory – surely not far way now?!< h/t Shackelford and Eye on Golf
