Andy Maher makes a hole-in-one while shooting a segment for golf show
While shooting a segment for an upcoming episode of How Good Is Golf, sportscaster Andy Maher made a hole-in-one, and it was (of course) all captured beautifully on camera.
How Good Is Golf returns to Foxtel platforms (Kayo, FoxSports) in June and as part of the 110-metre challenge, Andy Maher made an ace.
The glorious moment happened this morning, prompting show organisers to quickly create an Instagram account to share the video.
It was made all the more fantastic given Maher predicted a hole-in-one definitely would not be happening to show host Paul Gow and playing partner Andrew Gaze.
The moment of disbelief and sprint towards the green is hilarious. Given Carlton’s recent form, Maher probably deserves a bit of joy in his life right now.
