WATCH: Sei Young Kim chips in and then holes out to win LOTTE Championship

Sei Young Kim has won her second LPGA Tour event of the year with a remarkable finish at the LOTTE Championship.

Korea’s Sei Young Kim holed her 8-iron approach shot from 154-yards for eagle to win beat Inbee Park in the playoff of the LOTTE Championship.

What made the remarkable victory even more remarkable was the way Kim made the playoff.

After finding water off the tee on the 18th hole in regulation, Kim managed to find the fringe with her third shot. Faced with a short chip shot to make par, Kim holed the shot sending the tournament to extra holes.

The victory was Kim’s second for the year and completed a total domination of the tournament for the South Koreans; occupying the top five places on the final leaderboard.

Minjee Lee was the best placed Australian finishing nine strokes out of the playoff at 2-under par.
