Rory McIlroy returns to world number one with victory at CJ Cup: video highlights

Rory McIlroy has returned to the top of the world golf rankings after a one-stroke victory at the CJ Cup.

Despite making bogeys at the final two holes, Rory McIlroy carded a 3-under par 67 to successfully defend his CJ Cup title with a one-stroke win over American Kurt Kitayama.

McIlroy replaces Scottie Scheffler at the top of the world golf rankings who had occupied the top spot for the past 30 weeks.

It is the ninth time McIlroy has taken the title of the world’s best golfer.
