Things aren’t exactly going to plan for Rory McIlroy at the BMW Championship.
The world number one golfer finds himself nine shots behind the leader Billy Horschel. This four-putt at the par-3 12th hole didn’t help matters.
It happens to the best of them.
But what doesn’t usually happen is the bounce back after something like this. McIlroy followed this debacle up with a birdie on the following hole.
