Ron Chopper takes on The National GC on the Mornington Peninsula
The National Golf Club on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula is a beast and the great Ron Chopper played it recently in an attempt to break par.
The idea of watching good, sometimes bad golfers playing a golf course shot-by-shot is still a weird phenomenon to some. But it’s a fabulous way to experience a golf course you may not have played or maybe haven’t played for some time.
The National isn’t an easy golf course to access but it is a gem, albeit a brutal one. Watching Ron take it on is great fun.
