PGA Tour 14: EA Sports release Masters Historic Edition

PGA Tour video game franchise goes all retro.

It has been a while since I’ve played the EA Sports PGA Tour series but this does look great. You can play the US Masters exactly the way Augusta was set up in 1934. The nines are reversed, greens reverted to their original form and not quite as many azaleas as there are now.

Augusta’s par-3 course and green jacket ceremony are all included in this edition along with a few of the games legends that you can take down along your path to Masters glory such as Bobby Jones, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Royal Melbourne is also one of the featured golf courses in this edition.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 is due to hit the shelves on March 28th, 2013.
