Goat interrupts pro-am event at Curlewis Golf Club: video

When good times on the golf course go baaaaaaaaaaad.

A pet goat interrupted play during yesterday’s Bellarine Pro-Am event at Curlewis Golf Club. The goat is a kept near the course, it escaped and interrupted a few groups on course. The video below was reportedly taken by PGA pro Zac Morwood who shot it on his phone while wielding his putter for protection. (You may need to be logged in to Facebook to watch the video)

It’s not the greatest quality video we’ve ever seen but it’s clear the goat wasn’t intimidated by the two-ball putter. For the record, Medway Golf Club’s Ben Ford wasn’t kidding around – he won the event with a 5-under par 67.

During today's Curlewis Golf Club The Bellarine Pro-Am, PGA Pro Zac Morwood had to fend off the club's pet goat after it escaped. Apparently the goat was only kidding!
