Darren Clarke’s shank, proppy Tiger and Sergio leads at Dubai Desert Classic: video

Darren Clarke hit a couple of shocking shanks overnight, but he does have a Claret Jug.

Sergio Garcia leads the way at the Dubai Desert Classic but much of the discussion has been about the poor opening round from Tiger Woods (see video highlights below). Woods has back trouble and looks to be swinging away from pain with a proppy swing and gait.

Add a couple of shanks from former Open champion Darren Clarke and it was an eventful opening round in Dubai.

Clarke wasn’t happy with one of the journalists pointing out the poor round and reminded everyone that he won the Claret Jug.
