The new Adventures on Golf series with Erik Anders Lang is excellent

We’d been anticipating the new Skratch TV series of Adventures in Golf almost as much as the new Dune movie and Foundation series. And now that it’s here we can say it’s excellent.

We haven’t seen all of Season 6 as yet (as not all episodes have dropped), but Erik Anders Lang and the team have already delivered some great episodes we’ve been happy to share around with as many non-golfers as golfers.

Mike Clayton: Is hard golf the same as good golf?

It doesn’t matter if golf is too easy or too hard, as long as it’s fun. The golf course often dictates play.

In a recent issue for Golf Australia Magazine, Mike Clayton writes about the myth that hard golf doesn’t necessarily translate as good golf.

Blue Mountains golfer makes two holes-in-one in same round

Some people go their whole golfing lives without a hole-in-one; this bloke carded two in the same round.

Golf Australia reported on this magical feat the other day and now Channel Seven’s Tom Hartley has done the same thing.

The story reports on Blackheath Golf Club’s Chris Macartney who carded not one, but two holes-in-one during Saturday’s club competition.
