According to a new COVID-19 rollout plan for Victoria, golf will be permitted to be played again once the state reaches a target of 80% single-dose vaccination.

Victorian premier Dan Andrews announced a raft of restrictions to ease as part of a plan out of COVID-19 lockdown.

The road map out of lockdown for Victorians will see lockdown restrictions ease once the state reaches a 70% double-dose vaccination.

And in great news for golfers, a return to golf can happen once the 80% single-dose target is reached – current projections indicate this could happen as early as September 26.
