Seven, Australia’s most-watched broadcast television platform, the PGA of Australia and Golf Australia today confirmed a new long-term agreement to broadcast the Emirates Australian Open and Australian PGA Championship.

The Australian PGA Championship tees off this week and completes a big three weeks of Australian golf. Royal Pines on the Gold Coast will once again play host to the event which is co-sanctioned by the European Tour.

A great field arrives at Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast to play this week’s Australian PGA Championship. Channel 7 will be broadcasting all four days on free-to-air TV of the AusPGA which will includes the likes of Adam Scott, Ian Poulter, Marc Leishman, Scott Hend and Marcus Fraser.

Adam Scott will return to Australia in November and December to play both the Emirates Australian Open at Royal Sydney (November 17-20) and the Australian PGA Championship at RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast (December 1-4).
