Book giveaway: “Golf, a course in Life”
An extensive compilation on the lessons we can learn from golf.
Maybe this Monday giveaway could turn into a regular thing. This week we have copies John Hanlon’s new book to giveaway to five lucky readers.
“Golf, a course in Life” reads very easily and is laid out in small snippets of words of wisdom. First, the golf analogy and on the facing page, a short piece on its application to the real world.
It is a cool little book that of course many golfers will relate to, but I was most astounded with the breadth of golf situations that Hanlon has recognised as points that can easily carry over into the way we live. Hanlon states on the very first page and in previous interviews that is well aware he not the first to recognise the lessons we can learn from the golf course, but few have compiled them this succinctly and completely.
With Father’s Day not far way, plenty of golf loving Dad’s would appreciate this little nugget sitting on the coffee table.
This competition has now closed.
