Blue Mountains golfer makes two holes-in-one in same round
Some people go their whole golfing lives without a hole-in-one; this bloke carded two in the same round.
Golf Australia reported on this magical feat the other day and now Channel Seven’s Tom Hartley has done the same thing.
The story reports on Blackheath Golf Club’s Chris Macartney who carded not one, but two holes-in-one during Saturday’s club competition.
Macartney aced the second hole and the 13th hole while playing with Carlos Donoso who makes a great cameo appearance in the news clip below.
It’s worth watching for Donoso’s reenactment, the reporter’s gag, and Macartney’s response to a bizarre question put to him at the end of the clip.
Classic Australian news TV right here folks.
