Tiger wins again, green jacket in reach: video
New Tiger is looking a lot like the old Tiger.
Tiger Woods won the WGC Cadillac Championship and has now won five times in his last 19 starts on the PGA Tour.
The week looked almost like a walk in the park for Woods, ultimately winning by two shots from Steve Stricker but he was never seriously threatened for the whole tournament. It was reminiscent the halcyon days of Woods making birdies at will and leaving the field in his wake.
Do we now assume it is only a matter of time before Woods retakes the ranking of the world’s number one golfer from Rory McIlroy?
Or perhaps more interestingly, will Tiger win his fifth green jacket with the 2013 US Masters just four weeks away?
It’s looking ominous.
