Win a round of golf with Lydia Ko
Golf Australia are running a great competition to win a round of golf with Lydia Ko.
Lydia Ko will be returning to Australia to play in the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open – held at the Victoria Golf Club from 13 – 16 February, 2014 – and you can win a chance of playing alongside Ko in the pro-am tournament prior to the event on February 12.
The 16-year-old from New Zealand has taken the professional golf world by storm, winning five professional events including two on the LPGA Tour as an amateur. In late 2013, Ko turned professional via a nifty YouTube video with Israel Dagg and she is currently ranked 4th in the Rolex World Golf Rankings.
You’d be hard pressed to find a more grounded 16-year-old on the planet and playing a round of golf alongside Ko would be an experience to remember. I don’t think it’s too unreasonable to suggest we’re talking about a future multiple major winner here – if not the next women’s world number one golfer.
To enter the competition, you need to retweet this message from the Women’s Australian Open Twitter feed from your own personal account. The winner must be a current member of an Australian or New Zealand golf club and hold an active Golf Australia handicap.
Check out the competition page at the Women’s Australian Open website for full details.
