Graeme McDowell laughs off unlucky break at US Open
Graeme McDowell could only laugh after catching a very unlucky break after a fine shot out of the bunker during last week’s US Open.
McDowell was playing his opening round when the Irishman found himself in a greenside bunker on the 2nd hole (his 11th). The 2010 US Open champion could only laugh as his bunker shot hit the flagstick on the full and bounced straight back to into the bunker.
McDowell ending up missing the cut by one stroke.
