New Loopers movie puts caddies in the spotlight

The role of a caddie often gets overlooked, especially on the professional golf tours. Arguably they should “turn up, and shut up” but this movie puts them firmly in the spotlight.

And if the trailer is anything to go by, it could be a fun watch.

Narrated by Bill Murray, the LOOPERS movie features golfers and caddies such as Ben Crenshaw, Nick Faldo, Michael Greller, Carl Jackson, Greg Puga, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Curtis Strange, Fanny Sunnison, Steve Williams, Fuzzy Zoeller.

The trailer is worth a watch simply for the first story.

No word on any Australian release on any format as yet, but it’s being screened at movie festivals across the US in the next few months. If we hear of anything, we’ll let you know!
