MASTERS Watch Cam Smith’s incredible fairway wood from a bunker

Just before the siren sounded to suspend play on Friday at the 2023 Masters Tournament, Cam Smith did something incredible at the par-5 8th hole.

Having already made three bogeys and seeing his Masters’ hopes slipping away, Cameron Smith’s drive at the 8th hole found the fairway bunker. Rather than taking his medicine and getting out, Smith went for the green with a fairway wood – and the result was incredible.

Minutes later Smith had carded an eagle and will resume his second round at 2-under par for the tournament.
