VIDEO Chile’s Mito Pereira takes 3-stroke lead at US PGA Championship
In just his second major championship, Mito Pereira leads the US PGA Championship going into the final round.
Prior to the 2022 US PGA Championship, Cile’s Mito Pereira had only played in one major championship – a missed cut at the 2019 US Open.
While yet to win on the PGA Tour, Pereira gets his chance to make history tomorrow, going into the final round at 9-under par, three shots ahead of Matt Fitzpatrick and Will Zalatoris.
Lucas Herbert is the best of the Australians, currently sitting at 1-under par, eight strokes behind Pereira in a tie for 10th place.
