Uproar as Adam Scott wears the same jumper for four consecutive days

The golf world is in uproar as Adam Scott defies the laws of fashion and sports the same jumper for four consecutive days.

UPDATE: Adam Scott has now worn this jumper for six consecutive days. See below.

You’d think the demise of the Saudi Golf League would have been the biggest story to come out of the weekend. Or perhaps it was Rory McIlroy’s takedown of Phil Mickelson.

But it turns out it was something much more controversial. You see, Adam Scott wore the same jumper – four days in a row!

Adam Scott has long been sponsored by Japanese clothing company Uniqlo and midway through the final round of the Genesis Invitational at Riviera Country Club last week, golf fans started talking – was he again wearing the beige jumper?

Indeed he was Scott wore the beige jumper in every round – we’ve got photos to prove it above and below.

In the day and age when golf clothing manufacturers often script their sponsored players’ outfits for each day of a tournament, this was downright crazy.

It seems either Adam Scott packs light, or they really want to shift a few of these beige jumpers. Or perhaps there was something in it?

Scott carded his first top-5 finish since August last year, just his second top-5 in two years. Scott is back up into the world top-35 and has his sights set on making a run at another green jacket at The Masters in April.

The question is, does beige go with green?

Scott never seems fazed by anything and he was equally unfazed when PGA Tour correspondent Ben Everill asked him about it at a junior golf event – where he was again wearing the beige jumper.
