Travis Head Sinks a Big Putt at Adelaide Blitz Golf
Travis Head swapped his bat for a putter and delivered a moment to remember at Adelaide’s Blitz Golf.
Travis Head proved his sporting versatility at Adelaide’s Blitz Golf tournament, rolling in a clutch downhill putt that had the crowd roaring at Kooyonga Golf Club. The cricket star, fresh off Test duties, showed nerves of steel as the ball broke sharply before dropping into the cup.
Head was part of a lively foursome featuring entertainer Ron Chopper, local pro Wade Ormsby, and Adelaide Crows captain Jordan Dawson. The group kept the atmosphere light, but Head’s putt stole the show—arms raised high and a grin from ear to ear as fans cheered.
Whether it’s a bat or a putter in his hands, Head seems to thrive under pressure. And if this putt is anything to go by, he might just be as dangerous on the greens as he is in the middle.
