Sergio Garcia’s tee shot knocks diamond out of fan’s ring: video

This could have been on very expensive tee shot for Sergio Garcia.

Sergio Garcia had a rough day at the WGC Bridgestone Invitational today. A fast finishing Rory McIlroy overtook him to win the tournament and earlier in the round his tee shot at the third hole hit the hand of a woman in the crowd and knocked the diamond out of her ring.

A short time later she was much happier after the “diamond in the rough” was found. Sergio probably couldn’t claim to be that happy after finishing behind McIlroy for a second straight golf tournament.
