Rod Pampling beats the young guns on Web.com Tour
Australian Rod Pampling has eyes set on the PGA Tour after a solid win on the Web.com Tour
Rod Pampling has won for the first time on the Web.com Tour, holding out young American Kelly Kraft to win the BMW Charity Pro-Am by two strokes.
The 45-year-old Pampling matched the young guns by carding a four round 25-under par, with victory set up with consecutive rounds of 63 to begin his week.
Most importantly the victory has catapulted Pampling into the Top-25 players on the Web.com for the year, a sure-fire way of getting yourself back into the PGA Tour where he has two previous victories.
