Phil Mickelson did some crazy, amazing things at Torrey Pines: video

Check out this wacky putt and this amazing flop-shot from the short-game master Phil Mickelson.

Stuck in an awkward spot on the green of the par-5 5th hole on the Torrey Pines North Course, Phil Mickelson did something a little crazy that worked out well at the Farmers Insurance Open.

Mickelson aimed away from the hole and sent the ball careering off the green before it rolled back towards the hole. From there the 5-time major winner knocked in the putt for par.

It wasn’t the only amazing thing Mickelson did over the weekend. This flop-shot was something else.
