PGA Tour 2K25 Details Revealed: Trailer, Features, and Release Date
The new PGA Tour 2k25 will be released in February 2025 and will finally include cross-platform play!
Golf enthusiasts have a reason to celebrate as PGA Tour 2K25 is officially set to launch on February 28, 2025. For those eager to hit the greens early, the Legend Edition offers a week of early access starting February 21. The announcement comes alongside a new trailer showcasing the game’s refined mechanics and exciting features.
Tiger Woods, featured on the cover, is joined by PGA pros Matt Fitzpatrick, Lydia Ko and Max Homa, highlighting a roster that includes 11 male and female golfers at launch. The game introduces some major firsts for the series, with iconic tournaments like the PGA Championship, U.S. Open, and The Open now part of the experience. Players can also look forward to 29 licensed courses, including classics like TPC Sawgrass and Oakmont, with updates planned post-launch.
Returning features like the Course Designer now include enhanced tools, while improved ball physics, new shot types, and an expanded MyCareer mode should be much better than previous versions.
We’re excited about the new version simply because of the announcement that PGA Tour 2K25 will finally include a cross-platform play option. It’s something that used to frustrate us with 2k23, limiting playability with friends on different gaming consoles.
