Pat Rafter, Hamish Blake attempt a million dollar hole-in-one at Mick Fanning Charity Golf Day
A star-studded day of golf, laughter, and generosity brought the community together to support flood-affected families in Northern NSW.
Held at the picturesque Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Club, the Mick Fanning Charity Golf Day returned in 2025 with its signature blend of celebrity fun and heartfelt purpose.
What began as a response to the devastating 2022 floods in Northern New South Wales has grown into one of Australia’s most spirited charity events. Now in its third year, the golf day continues to raise vital funds for families, businesses, and communities still recovering from the disaster.
Surfing icon Mick Fanning, who was personally involved in flood rescues, has led the charge with unwavering commitment, bringing together generous sponsors and beloved celebrities to create what many call the “funnest golf day in Australia.”
This year’s event featured a million-dollar hole-in-one challenge with appearances from Collingwood’s Mason Cox, tennis legend Pat Rafter, and comedian Hamish Blake, all captured in a lively segment by Channel Nine’s Today Show.
