After Cameron Smith’s historic Open victory, he let the media know that he didn’t have any family with him at St.Andrews with his Dad pulling out of the trip at the last minute.

Des Smith was interviewed by Channel Nine’s Today Show team after the victory. Des seems a little lost for words and emotional on occasions, clearly overwhelmed and proud of his major champion son.
