Massive Eastern Brown Snake Slithers Across NSW Golf Course
A surprise visitor made its way onto a Central Coast golf course this week, catching golfers off guard and attracting national media attention.
Golfers at Magenta Shores on the New South Wales Central Coast were given a surprise hazard last week — not in a bunker or the rough, but moving across the fairway. A massive eastern brown snake was filmed slithering through the course in broad daylight, with stunned players and bystanders watching from a safe distance.
The footage, originally shared by Peter Jones to the Facebook group Snake Identification Australia, has since been picked up by several news outlets across the country.
