Marc Leishman on his most nervous shot, goals for 2017 and tips from the driving range: video

Marc Leishman took part in a live stream and talked about his goals for 2017, how he spends his time on the range and his most nervous shot.

Prior to the start of the Sony Open in Hawaii (and Justin Thomas’ amazing round of 59) Ben Everill hosted a PGA Tour Facebook Live stream with Marc Leishman on the practice range.

In his first tournament back for 2017, and fresh off his ball-winning 36 points at Port Fairy Golf Club, Leishman takes us through the sorts of things he practises before a tournament, some very specific to the golf course he is about to play. Leishman shows us what’s in his bag for 2017, games he plays on the range and his tips on working the ball are worth a listen as he keeps it all as simple as possible.

Look out for Rod Pampling’s effort to get on camera early in the piece… the nerves at the Presidents Cup and a big announcement two-thirds of the way through the video!
