Long drive champ attempts to hit a golf ball over Niagara Falls
The span across Niagara Falls is 342-yards (312metres) and it’s only natural that someone wants to see if they can hit a golf ball across it.
When you’re thinking of things that humans have yet to do, you’re probably often wondering if someone has hit a golf ball across the USA and Canada border at Niagara Falls. Right?
Well even if you’ve never wondered this before, someone else has and 2018 Long Drive Champion Maurice Allen had a go at doing it. Allen won the Long Drive competition by hitting the ball 393-yards so this should be a piece of cake – but he was never going to get much run out the golf ball across this expanse.
