LIV Adelaide will move to Kooyonga in 2027

Kooyonga Golf Club has been announced as the new host of LIV Golf Adelaide from 2027.

Adelaide, SA: (10 October 2025): Kooyonga Golf Club has been selected to host the world-class LIV Golf Adelaide event in 2027, for the next iconic stage of LIV Golf’s record-breaking flagship event where sport, culture, and entertainment collide.

Ranked in the Top 20 golf courses in Australia, Kooyonga’s perfectly conditioned course provides the sport’s first truly global golf league a new opportunity and stage to create unforgettable experiences for players and fans.

The championship golf course set within undulating sand hills is just 15 minutes from the central business district of Adelaide and has a rich history of hosting major golf events.

“Securing Kooyonga Golf Club as the next host venue continues that momentum, bringing visitors, jobs and investment into our economy while showcasing Adelaide to viewers across Australia and around the world.”

Following ongoing success at The Grange Golf Club, representatives from the League wished to thank the Club’s Committee and members for providing LIV Golf an Australian home since inception in 2023, and they are looking forward to the 2026 edition which will be played 13-15 February.

The partnership with Kooyonga Golf Club will provide a unique event opportunity for fans before the move to the redeveloped North Adelaide Golf Course.

The current contract extension announced on the final day of LIV Golf Adelaide earlier this year sees Adelaide as the exclusive home to LIV Golf in Australia until 2031, with Kooyonga Golf Club now playing a vital part in this exciting partnership.

LIV Golf will continue to work with all stakeholders on the logistics of hosting the world-class competition and world-renowned entertainment acts at this new venue, with final course plans to be unveiled at a later date.

LIV Golf Adelaide has delivered more than $200M in economic impact to South Australia in its first three years, attracting thousands of visitors to the now golf hot spot.
