Andy Lee joins Western Bulldogs trio Bailey Dale, Anthony Scott and Oskar Baker at The National Golf Club as Duck Hook Golf launches its new Break 30 challenge series.

Duck Hook Golf has welcomed comedian and passionate golfer Andy Lee for the latest episode on the channel, tackling the new Break 30 challenge at The National Golf Club’s Old Course on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

The format is simple: Lee joins Western Bulldogs trio Bailey Dale, Anthony Scott and Oskar Baker in a four-man Ambrose team, with the ambitious goal of shooting better than 30 over nine holes.

Despite a few wayward drives and some less-than-perfect starts from the tee, the group somehow manage to keep the challenge alive. When they do find The National’s rolling fairways, they’re suddenly looking at birdie opportunities and, on occasions, something even better.

As the round progresses, the team’s mix of optimism, good fortune and genuine golfing ability makes for entertaining viewing. And while Scott’s putting setup might have traditionalists scratching their heads, his unusual stance continues to produce results.

The alignment may look questionable, but if the ball keeps disappearing into the hole, who’s arguing?
