Cameron Smith carries Aussie LIV Golf team to second place at 2022 Team Championship: video highlights

The final day’s play of the inaugural LIV Golf Team Championship saw the Australian “Punch” team playing off against three other finalists for the trophy and of course, a huge payday.

Despite Cameron Smith’s best efforts, he couldn’t carry the team over the line, finishing one stroke behind the Aces. Led by Dustin Johnson, the Aces combined total of 7-under par was the same score as Cameron Smith’s round of the day. However his teammates couldn’t contribute in the same fashion (Leishman +2, Jones -2 and Ormsby +1) and they ultimately finished just one stroke behind.

Still, $ 12 million isn’t to be laughed at for second place. Or perhaps it is.
