Brisbane’s Victoria Park golf course has closed forever

Sad times as Brisbane’s beloved Victoria Park Golf course has closed; to be turned into a public park.

Channel 7 did a good job of covering the closure of one of Australia’s most-used public golf courses when it got out to victoria Golf Course in Brisbane.

The site will now be transformed into a large public park with just the driving range and mini-golf staying.
