Backspin contest, Japanese game show style video

Who has the time to sit down and watch four rounds of stroke play televised these days?

Here is an old video from a Japanese game show where golfers try to spin the ball back as far as they can. It also includes a contest that gets golfers to shape the ball around a tree, and finishes with some bloke hacking his way around the course.

Lots of back spin is not something we see too much of anymore with the modern ball and equipment. Those days watching Greg Norman spin the ball back the full length of the green are long gone.
